TMG has expertise in assisting organizational clients through partnering, facilitation and consensus building.

Construction Projects

Various public entities and private contractors have hired TMG to facilitate partnering sessions for construction projects ranging from a city bike path to the Big Dig. TMG facilitators have assisted stakeholders with both short-term and long-term issues, ranging in scale from managing scheduling and coordination problems to developing a process for defining project goals and resolving problems collaboratively.

Labor Negotiations

TMG has been asked to intervene where labor and management have a long and contentious history. TMG has designed and delivered collaborative negotiation trainings for members of both unions and management together in one process, in anticipation of upcoming collective bargaining sessions.

Meetings and Retreats

TMG has facilitated large and small group meetings as part of a process for consensus building on issues including noise reduction associated with the construction of a new airport runway and a statewide round-table on the management and reuse of bio-solid waste products in New York State.
