Customized Dispute Resolution Processes

Arbitration is a process which offers parties the benefit of finality: TMG's arbitrators can preside over an arbitration hearing after which a final and binding decision is rendered. Parties may enter into an arbitration proceeding through a prior contract, a court order or by mutual agreement.

Case Consultation/Evaluation TMG arbitrators can provide to one or both parties an expert opinion and analysis of the case at various stages of the litigation process. This opinion can be simply a non-binding advisory opinion or, by agreement of the parties, can serve as a binding decision.

Tri-partite panels For large, complex cases, TMG can provide a three-arbitrator panel selected from our own group of expert neutrals.

Appellate Review by Arbitration: With agreement of the parties, TMG can offer a mechanism for appellate review of an arbitrated decision or a decision at trial.
