Who We Are:

The Mediation Group, established as a nonprofit organization in 1985, is one of the longest standing general Alternative Dispute Resolution firms in the country. TMG's professionals provide a full range of ADR services including civil and family mediation, arbitration, organizational development, ADR systems design, facilitation, and training. TMG is a valuable resource providing neutrality and expertise to individuals and organizations dealing with complex conflicts.

What We Do:

Since 1985, TMG professionals have mediated thousands of disputes across a broad spectrum of issues. TMG has particular expertise in mediating emotionally charged, complex and multi-party disputes. We helped design the original court-connected mediation programs in Massachusetts, consulted in other states and countries, and have been resolving conflicts of all kinds ever since.

Several years ago we expanded our services by adding a panel of highly qualified arbitrators to our group. Since then, we have further broadened the scope of dispute resolution services we offer by providing neutrals to serve as special masters, case evaluators, and coaches/consultants on a variety of litigation matters. In our most recent expansion, we now offer to organizations looking to increase collaboration and decrease conflict among their members a full range of organizational development services, inclusing systems design, strategic planning, and team building. Each of our colleagues brings extraordinary abilities and profound experience; together they make a formidable panel.
