Training

With decades of experience teaching and training in the conflict resolution field, TMG provides customized, interactive trainings in mediation and negotiation skills.

In the Judicial sector, TMG has provided trainings to the Superior Court departments throughout Massachusetts, as well as in Maine and New Hampshire. TMG has also trained staff at the Mass. Attorney General's office in the use of ADR skills. Internationally, the High Courts of Israel as well as a number of Palestinian lawyers and judges have participated in trainings designed and implemented by TMG.

In the Education sector, TMG has designed and implemented trainings for a number of local universities, including Harvard, Northeastern, Boston College, UMass and Bridgewater State.

ADR trainings tailored to the Environmental sector have been provided to staff at the Department of Environmental Protection, the Mass. Water Resources Authority and the Boston Bar Association's panel on Wetlands disputes.

In the Health Care sector, ADR trainings have been customized for bioethicists at Montefiore Hospital in NY, appeals analysts at Tufts Health Plan, staff at both the Mass. Department of Public Health and the Mass. Board of Registration in Medicine, and medical personnel at various hospitals and other facilities in the region.

TMG has provided innovative and effective trainings to parties to Labor negotiations both before and during union contract discussions for clients involved in School committees, hospitals, universities, and members of numerous unions.

Other Public and Private sector training clients have included the Community Dispute Settlement Center, The Mass. Department of Corrections, the Mass. Union of Public Housing Tenants, the Mass. Highway Department and the Boston Human Resources Association.
