Beginning in September, Judge Isaac Borenstein (ret.) will be dividing his time between Boston and New York. While he will be moving his primary residence to NY, he will be coming back to Boston regularly and will be maintaining his many professional and personal ties up here, including his involvement in the local Latino legal community. He will continue to be available to accept mediation, arbitration and master cases through our Brookline office.
In NY, he will be teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Brooklyn Law School during academic year 2018-2019, teaching Evidence in the fall and Criminal Procedure in the spring. He is hoping to establish a mediation practice there as well.
Should you wish to schedule a case with Judge Borenstein in our Brookline office, please contact us directly as we will know his dates of availability in the Boston area. You can also reach us should you seek his services in the greater NYC area. We are looking forward to our continuing work together and wish him luck in the Big Apple!
