Lew has practiced law for over 45 years. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court in Boston and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He was the managing partner at Cosgrove, Eisenberg Kiley, P.C., and later with CEK Quincy, P.C. For over forty years he concentrated his practice in civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and construction law. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and a prior state chair and is also a fellow of the American Board of Trial Attorneys (ABOTA). Attorney Eisenberg is a Brandeis Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation and a past Trustee of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation. Lew has extensive trial experience in the state courts of the Commonwealth and the federal court in Boston. His law office did substantial work for the Arbella Insurance group for over 25 years and also had an extensive plaintiff practice in personal injury matters. Representing clients, he has handled well over 150 cases in mediation for both plaintiffs and the defense. Lew became a certified mediator and has been mediating cases for the past three years.
