My trip to Israel coincided with the eight days of Chanukah. In a secular neighborhood at 6 pm the traditional melodies floated from three and four story apartment buildings in what seemed like an only slightly disorganized round, in voices that sounded like mine; waiters in restaurants gathered before dinner opening, and, with their backs to the window, said the prayers, lit the menorah, sang the songs; waiters in restaurants that had already opened invited customers to come up and join the lighting (most did), with napkins serving as yalmukas. Managed Care Dispute Resolution Protocol: An Overview

With a grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and in collaboration with New York University, several years ago TMG developed the Dispute Resolution in Managed Care: a Modular Self Assessment Protocol, a tool for assessing conflict resolution systems in Health Plans. TMG later implemented and evaluated the Protocol at six Plans nationwide. TMG was invited to assist three of those Plans in follow up projects. In addition, TMG made numerous presentations about the Protocol at both local and national conferences and audio conferences.
